PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a short due to foreign materials by removing the foreign materials through etchant. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer is arranged on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the rear of the rear electrode layer. A window layer(600) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A third through hole is formed in the window layer. The bottom of the third through hole is higher than or equal to the upper side of the light absorption layer. A buffer layer(400) is interposed between the light absorption layer and the window layer. |
