<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modifying method of a base material which mixes an organometallic compound liquid and a combustion gas into a mist and injects the mixture, and sprays the combustion flame thereof on a base material. <P>SOLUTION: The surface modifying method of a base material is characterized as follows. A hydrophilic group layer (silicon oxide film or the like) of a uniform nano level is formed on the surface of a base material through a combustion flame. The same adhesion force as a case where primer treatment is carried out to a surface of a base material in which the hydrophilic group layer has been formed is realized, and a primer coating process becomes unnecessary, thereby a reforming treatment of a base material is simplified, consequently, an efficiency of a work which performs adhering (adhesive, double-sided tape or the like), printing, coating or the like on a base material is raised. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
