<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize displaying considered so that a person recognizing display contents on a display for displaying an image does not get tired of looking. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 1 specifies a person recognizing display contents on a display 5 for displaying an image based on detection results by a non-contact IC communication part 9 and an imaging part 10, and changes image contents displayed on the display 5 based on a recognizing situation until the current time point, which is measured for each specified recognizing person.
