PURPOSE: A flowing device is provided to prevent the damage of air inlet and outlet holes by connecting a rotator connected to a fixture and to eliminate foreign substances of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A body frame interlinks a plurality of posts to top and bottom, and right and left. A supporting plate(100) constitutes a rolling sphere combined with one side of a suction port and an exhaust port. A balance board(110) is combined with the other side of the supporting plate. A fixture(200) is combined with the upper side of the bottom part of a post of a seating frame. The supporting board constitutes the packing alleviating impact in one side.
