The present invention provides a computer system, a data processing method and a program, wherein, when a data creation/manipulation request is issued, a user program adds data identification information and manipulation request source information to the data creation/manipulation request. When a data manipulation unit receives the data creation/manipulation request, the data manipulation unit associates and records the manipulation request source information and the data identification information added to the received data creation/manipulation request. When manipulation request source information identical to the manipulation request source information added to the received data creation/manipulation request is already recorded, the data identification information added to the received data creation/manipulation request and the data identification information corresponding to the manipulate request source information already recorded are managed as the same data identification information. When profile information of the data corresponding to the data identification information satisfies specified conditions, a main memory device is set as the destination of the data satisfying the specified conditions.
