<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building that suppresses raindrops by intercepting rainwater falling onto an outside floor section and that easily clears setback regulation and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A building 1 includes an end beam 13, an exterior panel 7 for covering a side surface of the end beam 13, and a slab 5 that is supported by the end beam 13. A rising portion 9 for intercepting rainwater falling onto a top surface 5a of the slab 5 is provided. A level of an upper end 7b of the exterior panel 7 is as high as or lower than that of the top surface 5a of the slab 5.
