<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interfering radio-wave reflector having a broadened reflection frequency and a reflection angle restricting function. <P>SOLUTION: The interfering radio-wave reflector has a stacked structure formed by stacking: a left-handed radio-wave propagating medium (meta-material) layer which comprises a group of minute helical bodies having conductive surfaces formed on helical phytoplanktons and in which the minute helical structures are electrically or magnetically connected to one another to constitute a collection; and a normal layer made of a right-handed radio-wave propagating medium. The interfering radio-wave reflector also comprises a metal layer adjacent to the meta-material layer. In the interfering radio-wave reflector, the wavelength of propagating electromagnetic waves in the stacked structure of the meta-material layer and the normal layer is maintained to be constant regardless of frequency, thus achieving broadening of a reflection frequency and a function of restricting a reflection angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
