A guide is arranged to be contact with the side wall of the substrate at a thickness height of the substrate(S120). A mask having an opening is arranged to be closely adhered in the upper part of the guide(S130). Ink is spread on the upper part of the mask(S140). A squeeze is transferred so that the opening of the mask is filled with the ink(s150).
