PURPOSE: An automatic traffic information notification system is provided to supply optimized traffic information on a real time basis based on information reserved by a user. CONSTITUTION: User reservation information is received from a user. The reservation information comprises a starting point of the user, a destination, and notice time. Traffic information is created according to the received reservation information. The created traffic information is reported to the user at the notice time.
