DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING SHUTTER ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A display device with a shutter assembly is provided to display gradation by a time division method. CONSTITUTION: An opaque charging shutter is charged by a first voltage of a first electrode(EL1) and a second voltage of a second electrode(EL2). The charging shutter moves in parallel with a surface of a first substrate(SUB1) by electrostatic power which is generated by the first voltage and the second voltage. The charging shutter is overlapped with an opening(OPN) to display gradation.
