PURPOSE: An antioxidant activity enhancement method for an aloe extract using the radial ray radiation is provided to enable users to usefully apply the aloe extract for health food or a cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant activity enhancement method for an aloe extract using the radial ray radiation comprises a step of radiating radial rays to the aloe extract in the dose of 1-100kGy. The aloe extract is obtained by extracting dried aloe powder using water, alcohol, or their mixture as a solvent. The alcohol is C1-C4 lower class alcohol. The radial rays are select from gamma rays, electron rays, ultra-violet rays, and X-rays.
