PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polymer-based microfluidic device is provided to develop the device with high stability and to ensure continuous use. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polymer-based microfluidic device comprises: a step of forming a micro-structure on a lower polymer base; a step of coating TiO_2 on a substrate for TiO_2 patterning; a step of bonding an upper polymer substrate and lower polymer substrate; and a step of converting TiO_2-coated area into hydrophilicity by irradiating UV.
