PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence compound is provided to have excellent luminous efficiency and lifetime properties comparison to existing host material, thereby manufacturing organic an organic electroluminescence device having excellent lifetime of a device. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence compound is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X1 is CR11 or N, L1 is a chemical bond, (C6-C30) arylene or (C3-C30)heteroarylene, Ar1 is (C1-30)alkyl, halo(C1-30)alkyl, (C3-30) cycloalkyl, 5-7 membered heterocycloalkyl, (C6-30)aryl, (C1-30)alkoxy, (C6-30)aryloxy, (C6-30)arylthio, mono or di (C1-30)alkylamino, mono or di (C6-30) arylamino, (C2-30) heteroaryl, (C6-30)ar(C1-30)alkyl, (C1-30)alkyl(C6-30)aryl, tri(C1-30)alkylsilyl, di(C1-30)alkyl(C6-30)arylsilyl or tri(C5-30)arylsilyl, and R1-R7 and R11 is respectively hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, (C1-30)alkyl, (C3-30)cycloalkyl, (C6-30)aryl, (C2-30)heteroaryl, or (C1-30)alkoxy.
