PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cushion pad and the cushion pad are provided to improve the matter property of the cushion pad, and to extend the usage period of the cushion pad using polyurethane sponge. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cushion pad comprises the following steps: integrating a reinforcing cloth(20) woven in a honeycomb structure with rubber for forming an outer skin; injecting polyurethane sponge into the outer skin for foam-molding; and attaching a lower side supporting plate(30) on the bottom of the outer skin.
