PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel, a liquid crystal display device, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent bad rubbing and light leakage due to a step between a pixel electrode and a data line. CONSTITUTION: A gate line and a data line(171) are formed on a first substrate(110). A step reducing member(322) is formed on the data line. A spacer(320) is formed on the first substrate. The spacer and the step reducing member are formed with the same materials.
