PURPOSE: A rice nuruk set for manufacturing Makkoli is provided to minimize rancidity of Makkoli due to bacterial contamination. CONSTITUTION: A rice nuruk set for manufacturing Makkoli comprises: a step of preparing bred yeast using rice and drying the bred yeast; a step of adding dry yeast; and a step of packing. The rice nuruk set contains rice nuruk, dry yeast, conventional nuruk powder(B), and other sweetener(C). |
