PURPOSE: A boarding device for a ship is provided to reduce the time and cost for unloading work so that an operator can freely move between a ship and a dock without a separate control process. CONSTITUTION: A boarding device for a ship comprises a bridge part(10), a driving part(30), a sensing part(50), and a controller. The bridge part is arranged between a dock(3) and a ship(5). The driving part controls the height of the bridge part. The sensing part senses the height of the ship. The control controls the driving part according to a signal which is transmitted from the sensing part. One side of the bridge part is installed in one side of the dock. The other side of the bridge part is ascended and descended by the driving part.
