PURPOSE: A digitalizing method of a document and a reading method of a document are provided to rapidly perform the reading of a document by reading a document in an authorized electronic document repository. CONSTITUTION: A first digitalized document scans a document(S101). A second digitalized document converts the first digitalized document(S104). The first digitalized document is transmitted to a storage server of an authorized e-document repository(S102). The second digitalized document is transmitted to an inquiry relay server of a relay center(S105). Inquiry information is generated and transmitted to a document management server of a request computer center(S107).
