摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a coil type heat exchanger is provided to maintain uniform flow rate of water circulated in coil type heat exchange pipes located on the inner and outer sides because the section diameter of the coil type heat exchange pipes gradually increases from the inner side to the outer side. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a coil type heat exchanger, coil type heat exchange pipes(3) are formed by inserting pipes(2) to molding grooves of a forming roll unit through guide rolls of a transfer die and bending the pipe in a spiral form, wherein the forming roll unit is rotated by a drive motor in a specific direction and the transfer die is moved back and forth according to the rotation of a guide roll unit. The outer diameter of a coil type heat exchange pipe located on the inner side is equal to the inner diameter of a coil type heat exchange pipe located on the outer side. The coil type heat exchange pipes are coupled in a spiral form in contact with each other and the contact portions of the coupled coil type heat exchange pipes are welded together.
