The balloon catheter comprises a balloon (10) and a pharmaceutically active substance. The pharmaceutically active substance is stored in a reservoir provided within the balloon or on the balloon. A predetermined breaking point (16) is formed in the reservoir's final outwardly wall (14). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) system for introducing intraluminal endoprosthesis into body cavity; (2) manufacturing method of balloon catheter; and (3) method of preparing system for introducing intraluminal endoprosthesis into body cavity.
