PURPOSE: An image displaying method and an image displaying device thereof are provided to relatively reduce a frame section displaying a black image frame in a 3D image mode whereas increasing a frame section displaying a right eye image frame or a left eye image frame. CONSTITUTION: An image display device offers the data of a left eye image frame to a display panel(150) for a first time period. The image display device offers the data of a black image frame to the display panel for a second time period shorter than the first time period. The image display device offers a right eye image frame on the display panel for the first time period. The image display device offers the data of the black image frame on the display panel for the second time period.
