PURPOSE: A compound is provided to restrain the activation of HIF-1, to retrain the growth and the transcription of cancel cells, and to have excellent vascularization formation restraining effect, and to improve stability in human body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a compound in chemical formula 1 comprises following steps in reaction formula 1: a step of manufacturing esterification of a compound in chemical formula 2; a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 4 through alkylation of the product together with benzylbromide; a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 5 through hydrolysis of the product; a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 6 through reaction of the product with alkyl halide under the presence of base; a step of manufacturing a compound in chemical formula 7 through reduction reaction of the product under the presence of a catalyst and hydrogen gas; and a step of manufacturing final product through esterification of the product with a compound in chemical formula 8, under the presence of hunig's base.
