PURPOSE: A fan opening/closing apparatus is provided to simplify a structure of opening and closing member and to block outside air from flowing into the engine room via a fan. CONSTITUTION: A fan opening/closing apparatus comprises a casing, an actuator(120), an opening and closing member(130), a guide member(140). Outside air flows into the casing. The actuator is included in the outer side of casing. The opening and closing member is connected with the actuator and opens and closes the casing by straight moving. The guide member is formed around the boundary surface of casing and guides opening and closing member.
