WATER STOP PART FORMING JIG FOR WIRE HARNESS AND WATER STOP PART FORMING METHOD FOR WIRE HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop part forming jig for a wire harness which can securely fill a gap between each wire of a wire bundle with a water cut-off agent.

SOLUTION: A water stop part forming jig 20 comprises: a main body having a U-shaped groove 30a where an upper part and a back and forth sides are opened and a water cut-off agent is filled; a guide plate 40 having a circular wire guiding hole 40a which is arranged on the back and forth both-sides of the U-shaped groove 30a and communicates with the U-shaped groove 30a; and a lid 50 having an arc face 50c curved upward on the under side which can cover the upper side of the U-shaped groove 30a. In the wire guiding hole 40a, a slit-formed wire insertion path 40b extending upward is notched shaped in a position deviated to the right or the left from the center of the U-shaped groove 30a.
