<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wire transmitter which activates a RAM with large capacity and a flash ROM in parallel to attain increase of processing speed and extension of life of the flash ROM. <P>SOLUTION: A two-wire transmitter includes: a sensor circuit 102 which makes a physical amount into an electric signal to be output; a flash ROM 108 which stores a program; a RAM 110 which develops the program; a processing part 106 which executes the program; a display circuit 112 which displays a processing result; an output circuit 114 which uses an external circuit as a power supply to determine a current signal to the external circuit; a first power supply line L1 from the output circuit to the flash ROM and a first switch SW1 for opening/closing the first power supply line L1; a second power supply line L2 from the output circuit to the sensor circuit and the display circuit and a second switch SW2 for opening/closing the second power supply line L2; and an opening/closing control part 116 which controls the first and second switches, in which the opening/closing control part opens the second switch when the first switch is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
