<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide holding structure capable of suppressing the occurrence of luminance unevenness of a liquid crystal display device with a simple configuration in an electronic apparatus having the liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a holding member for holding a display device; a case for accommodating and fixing the holding member; and an elastic member disposed between the display device and the case.
