PURPOSE: A prefabricated health pillow capable of storing materials beneficial to the human body is provided to enable users to use the pillow in the optimally comfortable state. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated health pillow includes an outer cover(110), inner covers(140), and a filler(170). The outer cover includes a first opening/closing unit, a storage space, and a first opening(120) for connecting the storage space to the outside. The inner covers are inserted into the storage space, and include each empty space. The inner covers include second openings and second opening/closing units for opening and closing the second openings.
