A method, an apparatus and a system for scheduling transmission resource are disclosed in the present invention, said method comprises: a Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) reported by a User Equipment (UE) is received; a CQI adjusting value comprised of a first CQI adjusting value and a second CQI adjusting value is generated, wherein, the first CQI adjusting value is determined based on the preset first CQI adjusting step length, the target value of BLER and the measured value of BLER, the second CQI adjusting value is determined based on the variation instance of the throughput rate on the air interface of the UE; the received CQI reported by the UE is adjusted based on the CQI adjusting value; a Transport Block Size (TBS) is selected based on the adjusted CQI; the transmission resource is scheduled based on the TBS. An apparatus and system for scheduling transmission resource are also provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the present invention can improve the performance and throughput rate of the cells to the full extent. |
