<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deinking treatment apparatus capable of smoothly discharging bubbles overflowing from an opening of a deinking tank to a next-stage apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The deinking treatment apparatus includes: a deinking tank 23 having an opening 27 provided at the top thereof; a movable blade 81 collecting bubbles 24 overflowing from the opening 27 to the outside of the tank into a bubble overflow part 29 formed at an end in one direction C of the opening 27; and a discharge pipe member 38 provided on the deinking tank 23 and discharging the bubbles 24 overflowing from the bubble overflow part 29 to the outside of the tank into a deinking drainage treatment apparatus 17 provided below the deinking tank 23. An upper end inlet 39 of the discharge pipe member 38 is adjacent to the bubble overflow part 29 and opens over the bubble overflow part 29.
