PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a passage door between vehicles and a railway vehicle having the same are provided to improve ease of passengers who move between connected vehicles and reduce operation and maintenance costs by reducing a number of parts. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling a passage door between vehicles is arranged in two vehicles adjacently connected and controls opening and closing of a passage door between the vehicles. Control order inputted from an apparatus for controlling the passage door between vehicles installed in one vehicle is communicated with the other apparatus for controlling the passage door between vehicles installed in the other vehicle adjacently connected to the vehicle to be inputted. The apparatus for controlling the passage door between vehicles comprises control order input parts(12-1,12-2), passage door driving parts(14-1,14-2), and signal delivering parts(16-1,16-2). A user inputs the control order for controlling opening and closing the passage door between vehicles through the control order input part. The passage door driving part opens and closes the passage door according to the control order. The signal delivering parts allows the control order inputted by the user to communicate with the apparatus for controlling the passage door arranged in other vehicles in order to transmit.
