LOW CONTAMINATING AGENT FOR WATER-BASED COATING, COMPOSITION FOR WATER-BASED COATING USING THE SAME, AND KIT FOR WATER-BASED COATING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low contaminating agent for water-based coating which can raise the self-cleaning mechanism on the surface of a coating film by making a composition for water-based coating contain the agent, and hardly spoils the storage stability of the coating.

SOLUTION: The low contaminating agent for water-based coating includes a fluorine-containing copolymer including: 30-70 mass% of a polymerization unit (a') which has a 1-24C perfluoroalkyl group; 20-69 mass% of a polymerization unit (b') which has an alkylene oxide chain; and 1-10 mass% of a polymerization unit (c') which has an amino group.
