<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device capable of performing appropriate control on a stack temperature even before and after deterioration of a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell device 1 includes a fuel cell stack 14, a fuel flow adjustment unit 38, an air flow adjustment unit for power generation 45, a power generation chamber temperature sensor 142 that detects a stack temperature Ts, and a control section 110 for controlling an air supply amount for power generation AF, and the control section 110 controls the supply amount AF so that the stack temperature Ts falls within a proper temperature range A. The control section 110 is intended to determine the deterioration of the fuel cell stack 14.
