<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance inspection device, a taping device, and a conveyance inspection method by which a light emitting diode is found, in which disconnection and peeling of wire are generated. <P>SOLUTION: In a taping device 1000 including a conveyance part 200 which conveys a light emitting diode, and an inspection part 300 which inspects the light emitting diode conveyed by the conveyance part 200, the conveyance part 200 is provided with an electrothermal heater 222 which heats a sealing resin member 12 of the light emitting diode under conveyance to expand from the outside, and the inspection part 300 is provided with a current voltage application part 320 with a function for instantaneously raising junction temperature of the light emitting diode by a synergetic effect between self-heating of the light emitting diode and external heating by the electrothermal heater 222 by applying current in the forward direction to the light emitting diode for fixed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
