<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a reed by a shock load that may occur to the reed repeatedly by softening a shock when the reed contacts a base. <P>SOLUTION: A reed valve 30 includes the base 32 which is arranged in a flow passage in which a gas circulates and has valve holes 31 which can pass the gas, and the reeds 33, which are formed in plate shapes to open and close the valve holes 31 with one end sides fixed to the base 32 while making the other end sides separated from and contacting to the bearing seat faces 34 of the base 32. In the reed valve, gas reservoir recessed parts 41 for softening a shock when the reeds 33 contact the base 32 are provided on the bearing seat faces 34 of the base 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
