PURPOSE: A reverse flow type cage of a control valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent noise, vibration, and cavitation in a control valve by effectively absorbing kinetic energy of high-pressure fluid. CONSTITUTION: A reverse flow type cage(9) comprises a fluid hole, a plurality of decompression grooves, and a flow path. The fluid hole is formed in an outer cylinder in order to allow the energy of high-pressure fluid flowing into the cage to pass through. The decompression grooves are formed in an intermediate layer or a surface coupled to an inner cylinder. The flow path is formed with a unidirectional or bidirectional flow hole. While passing through the flow path, the high-pressure fluid repeats collisions so that the kinetic energy of the high-pressure fluid is effectively absorbed.
