POWER GENERATOR, PORTABLE DEVICE, POWER GENERATION METHOD IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM, AND POWER GENERATION METHOD IDENTIFICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no way to discriminate whether or not an electric power is a clean energy obtained without discharging CO2on a portable device side at the time of power feeding by a power generator with a method for generating power without discharging CO2such as photovoltaic power generation and rotary handle type power generation for the portable device, which is introduced these days as the awareness of environment protection is increased.

SOLUTION: When a power is supplied from a power generator to a portable device, a power generation method identifier that identifies a power generation method is transmitted. The power generation method identifier is identified on the portable device side, to recognize a power generation method of the power generator that is connected. Based on the power capacity of a storage battery of the portable device at the start of power feeding and the power capacity of the storage battery at completion of power feeding, the fed electric energy is known. By managing the electric energy in the storage battery by using the power generation method identifier like this, it can be discriminated whether or not a method for generating the electric power in the storage battery is clean.
