<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-priced fresh-cheese-like food having a fresh-cheese-like milk flavor and body property even though the milk fat content is low, and having excellent workability. <P>SOLUTION: The fresh-cheese-like food is made of vegetable oil containing S2L type triglyceride (S is stearic acid and L is linoleic acid), protein and water.
