<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively achieve a method for manufacturing a shrink packaged article, preventing cutting of a finger or a hand with projections formed on a cap side of a packaged object in shrink packaging, and maintaining external appearance of a product. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged object 7 having a columnar body 25 with a cap 9 fitted on one end thereof, is covered with a shrink film 8, and the shrink film 8 is fusion-cut on both ends of the packaged object 7 to form a bag-like shrink film 8, so that the bag-like shrink film 8 is thermally shrunk and is arranged to be close to the packaged object 7 to form a shrink packaged body 13. The projections 16 of the shrink film 8 are projecting on a cap 9 side of the shrink packaged body 13 by the thermal shrinking of fusion-cut portions 11 of the shrink film 8, and are pressed against a pressed part 18 under the conditions that the projections 16 are at a temperature of allowing plastic deformation of the shrink film and are kept to be lower than a fusing point, so as to plastically deform and crush the projections 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
