摘要 To provide an apparatus and a method for automatically separating miscellaneous materials contained in food waste and pulverizing usable food waste simultaneously, wherein a perforated mesh is separated from the body to check mechanical failure and operating state of the inside of the body, plane parts formed on both sides of the perforated mesh efficiently prevent miscellaneous materials from discharging into usable food waste, and structure of hammer mill assemblies are improved to improve pulverization efficiency. An apparatus for automatically separating miscellaneous materials(1b) contained in food waste(1) and pulverizing usable food waste simultaneously comprises: a sealed case(10) of which upper and lower parts are capable of being separated, at one side of an upper part of which a hopper(11) is installed, and on which the perforated mesh and an outlet(13) are formed to separately discharge pure food waste and miscellaneous materials in food waste injected through the hopper; a hitting plate(20) installed at a part of the upper inner surface of the case such that the hitting plate crushes food waste by being collided with food waste injected and transfer; a perforated mesh(12) which is installed at both sides of an inner part of the case, and at both sides of which plane parts(12a,12b) are formed; a vertical partition discharge port installed on a vertical partition(30) for isolating a sorted miscellaneous material discharging process for a pulverizing process; a driving shaft(40) which is disposed such that the driving shaft horizontally passes through the center of the case along a length direction of the case, both ends of which are projected to both sides of the case such that the both ends are rotatably supported by bearings(41), and which is connected to a driving source capable of rotating the driving shaft; and a plurality of deformed hammer mill assemblies(50) which are continuously fixed onto the driving shaft, an end part of which is rotationally agitated with being spaced from the inner surface of the hitting plate in a small gap to maintain a prescribed angle deviation between respective members such that the food waste is pulverized to a minute size and transfer the pulverized food waste by colliding the food waste with the hitting plate, and which are sequentially tilted.
