<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to perform relocation work by using an electric-wire stretcher when relocating an installed line from an existing pole to a newly-built pole. <P>SOLUTION: After an electric-wire stretcher 1 is attached to a cable C in such a manner that a rod 3 stays at an existing pole D4 side, by manipulating an operation part 5 of the electric-wire stretcher 1, a main part 2 of the electric-wire stretcher 1 is moved toward the rod 3 so that the tensile force of the cable C in a prescribed section held by holding means 10, 10 is released. After fixing the position of the main part 2 of the electric-wire stretcher 1 to the existing pole D4 by fixing means 20, 30, the cable C in the prescribed section is cut off. Then a new cable 55 installed at a newly-built pole D6 is connected to the disconnected cable C at the main part 2 side. After advancing the rod 3 of the electric-wire stretcher 1 from the main part 2, the cable C between the existing pole D4 and the rod 3 of the electric-wire stretcher 1 is cut off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
