<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a constitution for switching pressure to be supplied to a nozzle, in a component mounting apparatus which uses the nozzle to mount components on a substrate while switching the pressure supplied to the nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle holder 51 is inserted into a through-hole of a cylindrical member 52 and is supported by the cylindrical member 52. A suction nozzle 83 is held in a holding hole provided on the nozzle holder 51 in such a manner that the suction nozzle 83 is freely movable in the vertical axis direction (Z-direction). The suction nozzle 83 is provided with two flow holes FH1 and FH2, while the nozzle holder 51 is provided with two communication holes CH1 and CH2. The communicative connection between the communication holes and the flow holes is switched by lowering the nozzle to a component suction position or by lifting the nozzle to an elevation end. Consequently, negative pressure supplied via an air pressure guide passage 831 to a tip end of the suction nozzle 83 is adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
