PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating circuit is provided to reduce a layout area by decreasing the number of pads which receive an external voltage. CONSTITUTION: A selection signal generating unit(10) generates a selection signal which is selectively enabled by decoding a test mode signal. An internal voltage output unit(20) outputs an input voltage as an internal voltage in response to a selection signal. A conversion selection signal generating unit(40) generates an enabled conversion selection signal by decoding the conversion test mode signal. A conversion voltage output unit(50) divides the input voltage in response to the conversion selection signal and outputs the divided voltage as a conversion voltage. A pad(30) receives a voltage form the outside and outputs the voltage as the input voltage. |
