PROCESS FOR PREPARING ALKYL (METH)ACRYLATE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of alkyl(meth)acrylate is provide to minimize the exhaust amount of Michel adducts, thereby minimizing or omitting separate process for decomposing Michael adducts. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of alkyl(meth)acrylate comprises a step of esterificating a reactant comprising (meth)acrylic acid, and alkanol under the presence of an organic acid catalyst at transition ratio over 90%; a step of purification of the product by supplying to a distillation tower in which a reboiler is installed at bottom; and a step of recollecting the alkyl(meth)acrylate at the top of the distillation tow. The steps are conducted in order.
