SOLAR CELL WITH SUBSTRATE HAVING A CONDENSING LENS AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell with a substrate having a condensing lens and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric transformation efficiency by directly forming a condenser lens array having a nano micro size on a light receiving part of a solar cell substrate. CONSTITUTION: A seed layer is formed on a substrate(110). One or more condensing lens(111) is formed on a light receiving surface of the substrate. A thickness of the substrate including the condensing lens is 1.4μm to 15mm. A SiO2/W mask layer is formed on the seed layer. One or more solar cell layers are formed on an exposed seed layer.
