摘要	PURPOSE: A human serum albumin-siRNA delivery system is provided to enhance siRNA delivery efficiency to a target site in vivo and to widely treat various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A human serum albumin-siRNA delivery system has human serum albumin and siRNA. The albumin and siNA has a functional group for connecting the human serum albumin and siRNA by biodegradable covalent bond. The siRNA is a monomer, poly siRNA, or polymer siRNA. The siRNA is a monomer siRNA having 15-30 nucleotide monomer, or a polymer siRNA having 100-600 nucleotides. An anticancer composition contains effective amount of the human serum albumin-siRNA.
