PURPOSE: A method fro transceiving data in multi radio access system and an apparatus thereof are provided to effectively transmit the data from a source device to a cooperative device. CONSTITUTION: A source device is connected with a base station by network(S1000). The source device negotiates the capability for client cooperation with the base station(S2000). The base station, the source device and a plurality of candidate cooperation devices search a neighbor device. The base station, the source device and the candidate cooperation devices selects a searched neighbor device(S3000). The source device is connected to the selected cooperation device(S4000).
