PURPOSE: A producing method of laver using bamboo salt water is provided to produce the laver with the constant salinity by dipping raw laver into the bamboo salt water before compressing and drying. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of laver using bamboo salt water comprises the following steps: washing raw laver with sea water for 2-3 times; removing foreign materials from the raw laver, and cutting the raw laver; washing the cut raw laver with bedrock groundwater, and dehydrating; diluting bamboo salt in the bedrock groundwater to obtain the bamboo salt water having the salinity of 3-10%; dipping the dehydrated raw laver in the bamboo salt water, and molding the raw laver absorbed the bamboo salt; and compressing and drying the laver. |
