PURPOSE: A compound method for constructing a heat isolation and waterproofing lamination and a compound lamination using the same are provided to maintain heat isolation and waterproofing functions in optimal state by preventing cracks or separation with excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: A compound method for constructing a heat isolation and waterproofing lamination is as follows. A base primer is spread on a constructed surface to form a primer layer(55). A waterproofing material is spread on the primer layer to form a first waterproof layer(57). A fiber sheet(59a) is arranged on the top of the first waterproof layer to form a tension fiber layer(59). The waterproofing material is impregnated in the fiber sheet by coating the waterproofing material on the top of the tension fiber layer to impregnate some of the waterproofing material into a fiber structure of the fiber sheet. A heat isolation paints is coated on the top of the fiber sheet after drying the fiber sheet in which the waterproofing material is impregnated in order to form a heat isolation layer(65).
