PURPOSE: A turnout with an expansion joint structure is provided to minimize torsion of a point unit, impact applied to a train, vibration, and noise by coping with self-expansion of a base rail and a turnout due to seasonal factors. CONSTITUTION: A turnout with an expansion joint structure includes a point unit(20), a lead unit(30), and a crossing unit(10). The crossing unit has a crossing. A connection part which is connected with a base rail, forming a rail among north rails, is closed on the exterior surface of a bent portion of the base rail which is bent inward in order to form an inclined surface without a gap between the connector and the base rail.
