<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection circuit preventing malfunction due to a rush current or deviation of a sense ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The current detection circuit includes: a power MOSFETQph; a series object of a parallel-connected sense MOSFETQs and a sense resistor Rs; a delay circuit DL1 delaying rising and falling of a drive signal Sg1 by delay time τ1 ; a delay circuit DL2 delaying the rising and falling of the drive signal Sg1 by delay time τ2; an AND circuit AND for logical-ANDing the drive signal Sg1 and a signal via the delay circuit DL1; an OR circuit OR for logical-ORing the drive signal Sg1 and a signal via the delay circuit DL2; and a current detection circuit OTA detecting a current in the sense resistor Rs.
